We had our treatment today with Karl. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. We had both the inside and outside treated and he also put down some water activated granules to help with ants.Thanks to EcoShield and Karl for keeping our home pest free and doing so with with professionalism, attention to detail and a positive attitude.

I had some problems with billing department concerning payment and a late fee. CHA at customer service quickly remedied the problem to my satisfaction.I suggest that billing send out their invoices in a timely manner if you want to avoid problems like I had. I did not receive the invoice until about three weeks after the service was peformed.

Six years with this company have been phenomenal. They are nonintrusive, low pressure and customer oriented. Had to cancel my subscription because of a move, O’Neil was gracious and getting it done. They even congratulated me on my move! Highly recommend!
