They listened to our ideas, using their expertise to make suggestions or guide us when we needed their professional opinions. I love this team! Their professionalism, their communication and commitment to customer service and satisfaction are unparalleled. I could not be more grateful for the knowledge they have and advice they provided. This was the third time I’ve had them work on my home. I’ve previously had them redo a bathroom, home office, and tile work in my kitchen. This was the first project I had attempted all by myself so I was extremely nervous. I had a sunken living room that I had hated for years. It had the same carpet as the dining room and was old and stained. It was also a danger to me and I always had to say "watch your step" when anyone came in. I had five different contractors come and make a bid. The one I felt most comfortable with was Custom Home Improvements, Inc.
