Third Ward’s Hidden Gem. This was our first experience with Katie and Complete Beauty Bar and it won’t be the last. She was accommodating, professional, friendly, and with cost. The salon is charming, clean, and welcoming. Very inclusive of all who enter. The atmosphere and energy was creative and fun. I enjoyed the conversations.
