I would like to Thank Paul, for promptly resolving this situation. He took the time to respond to my comment, and provided step by step details regarding my refund. Thank you again for your attention to this matter.I’ve been waiting for a return call Paul for weeks now regarding my refund. I’ve left messages, sent emails etc.. still nothing. My insurance company verified that I was overcharged and requested more information from the office related to the claim that was submitted. No response nor action. Paul was overly pleasant when he gave me the estimated amount, but now total silence, rudeness and unprofessionalism regarding my months due refund.

On Dec 22. I had a wonderful experience it’s been hard for me to find a dentist and I found my spot. Dr. Qian Liu she very friendly made you feel comfortable very detailed on what she doing. The receptionist up front there’re very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you ?.

I came in to get information about the office and doctors. The front staff is very professional. The Assistant Manager is so cheerful and you can tell everyone enjoys caring for their patients. Will be bringing my whole family very soon.
