The tech came out very late to meet me, and he was an exceptional young man. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient are the first words that come to mind.I was upset, in a terrible a jam, and didn't need any more stress or unpleasantness in my situation, and he was professional, understanding, and thorough. The process was much faster than I'd anticipated,, and the fitst thing that had gone right after an arduous night. I would give him a 6 star rating on a 5 star scale!
Best service hands down! Lee was nothing less than professional, quick and kind! I misplaced my keys a few days ago & she came out and reprogrammed a new key within minutes I was able to get back in my car. Great customer service & great prices. Lee definitely made this experience pleasurable ! 10/10
I received excellent service from Car Keys Unlocked. Both the person who scheduled my appointment and the tech who did the work were professional and efficient. I had a new deadbolt lock installed for a fair price. Another company wanted to charge me three times as much for the lock and labor. The tech also didn't mind the constant barking from my chiweenie. He took it in stride. I will definitely use this company again. One more thing - the new lock is impressive and very secure.
