I’ve been working out at this location for roughly 2yrs! It was super convenient ti my office, there are a ton of class times scattered throughout the day/wk too. Such an awesome workout!

This is my favorite workout, as I get to tackle abs, arms, legs, and glutes - all in just under an hour! I love the variety of instructors too / I find it's fun to mix things up. I leave feeling stronger and proud of myself every time:)

I moved to Houston 3 years ago and found Boost in a random google search. It was love at first class. As a beginner, I thought I’d feel awkward or out of place, but that was never the case! They are so nice, the instructors never call you out, and the class itself is so much fun! Before Boost, I tried Club Pilates, and they simply do not compare. Boost is a full class of reformer work, with more engaging instructors, more affordable pricing, and the absolute nicest customer service. They’ll email you back in hours, and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Seriously.
