This week I had an outstanding experience during my surgery, and I cannot thank the entire team enough for the exceptional care I received. My nurse, Timaka, was incredibly kind and caring. She asked all the right questions and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Yasmin Lake with anesthesia did an excellent job with my sedation—I woke up with minimal pain, just as I requested. Dr. Joseph Nassif went above and beyond by removing everything that had caused me pain for years. He also kept my family informed throughout the procedure, explaining the issues I had experienced and what was addressed during surgery. I am truly grateful for his expertise and compassion. After having five surgeries in the past four years, I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve had. The rooms were exceptionally clean and sterile, further adding to my confidence in the care provided. I loved the environment and the experience i had being taken care my whole pregnancy by this team of wonderful people. They made me feel so welcome and happy and i felt so pampered honestly, it was the best experience i had out of all my kids, im so sad my pregnancy is over because these people are great, even in delivery and post partum i was taken well care of, i had a panic attack before surgery and they rushed and helped me calm down and talked me through it even though its my third c section, my husband stayed home to take care of our other child and they became my support system even when he was present. Dr Marshall and Dr johnson, Amber and many more people on the team were just so great, i wish i could give them all daisy awards because it made me feel so happy and safe. I never been so well taken care of. Thank you all who took care of me at the maternal fetal medicine, the obgyn office, all the ones that took care of me at the hospital in post partum and delivery, its amazing, it takes alot of heart to work this job and they were more than that.
