We’ve been patients at Bay Pointe Behavioral for 10 years. Dr. Higgins listens and understands the challenges of growing up with challenges. I’ve referred many people to him because of his compassion and professionalism. The office staff are phenomenal as well.
Dr. Higgins has provided services to several members of my community over the last 10-years and he has remained steadfast in his commitment to providing quality behavioral healthcare services. Dr. Higgins is an expert, practices a patient-centered approach, and his staff is always warm and friendly.
Dr. Higgins and his staff are easy to work with. I have not had to wait several weeks for an appointment. The doctor is willing to work with the individual instead of using a "herd" mentality. Not everyone responds to the same treatment. He is a good listener and treats the person as well as the symptoms. I will continue to use Bay Pointe Behavioral Health for future needs.
