They no longer accept my insurance and that's literally the only reason I can't go here anymore since I can't afford self pay. I don't even live in Houston and I found them better than psychiatrists there - they're quick to be supportive, schedule regular check ins for med changes. If your typical provider isn't available, no worries there's plenty to choose from to make sure you're being seen. The minute I get an insurance they take I'm coming back.

I have been seeing Dr. Toutounchi's PA, Taelor, for about a year. My life has improved drastically. For the first time I have found a doctor that does not dismiss my symptoms because I am a woman! I highly recommend this Doctor. Her staff is wonderful!! The zoom visits are a huge win for working populations. I am in and out quickly and have never had to wait.

Great office all around. Erica is a world class problem solver, and goes the extra mile to help patients. In a world where many doctor’s offices see patient / customer service as an inconvenience, it is incredibly refreshing to interact with Erica, Dr. T and the rest of her staff, navigating the cumbersome world of insurance and pharmacies. I have been with Aura MD for 5+ years now, and even despite moving 3 hours away recently, I have never once considered switching providers. Aura MD is the perfect example of a 5 star doctor’s office.
