Never have they given me the right cut even with pictures/descriptions. They have also done the same for others I know. They are very old fashion with the way they cut and never really listen to what hair length you want so I warn you might come out with even shorter hair than what you wanted. I would maybe recommend their hair curling services since it lasts all day but they won’t really give you what you ask in regards to styling.
