Really bad service. I am getting audited and took her all my paperwork and paid 600 for absolutely nothing. No phone call, text or nothing. I think everyone should get together and file lawsuit on her. She is doing too many people the same . Very unprofessional.

There is nothing excellent about Laura's tax service. Her employee messed up my taxes. I paid $500 for an audit and a year later NOTHING but lies.

Paid money to file, paid money for services, paid a “tip” that I felt was very pushed to person who did the taxes for us. Who all of a sudden doesn’t work at the office anymore. Still can’t get an answer from owner or anyone in that case to see if I can come in so someone can help fix my issue. Showed up to office at 9am open time waited outside for someone to show up till 11am and no one opened. Big loss and still can’t finish process to file my taxes completely. Definitely not professional at all. Go somewhere else.

Bad service! They made my wife wait for more than 1 hour. The customer service is terrible, they don't even apologize for wasting people's time. If you are asking customers to make an appointment at least be respectful and say something. You can pay more and go with real professional people.

this Lauras Excellente tax Services its a bullish business this people are doing fraud putting in all her clients business they don't have and getting people a student credits they didn't request just to get more money and she can get extra fee when IRS are requesting documents that support the information they put in the 1040's they try to be smart at the time you confront them saying they ask you or lets you know what they putting in the application but its not thru wen yi went to her office there where calls from different people telling her they have problems with IRS receiving letters just like i have receive mine all she does is getting qpeople in trouble she charge me $$960 for 1040 amendment 2017 and 2018... affecting me to get a house because she add a lost of business .
