The intake nurse ask for my phone on my first visit, he told me that Dr Ali liked to get excellent reviews and proceeded with keying in the review. Personally I did not care for Dr Rao Ali from the first meeting and it got unbelievably worse over the months I did have to see him until finding a reputable doctor. Dr Ali was banned from prescribing at HEB late 2024 then also CVS a couple of months later; I was left to suffer until I did get into an actual Doctor.
I saw & heard Dr Ali raising his voice to patients where everyone in the waiting room could see and hear, I was appalled that patients would put up with the abuse & not file complaints with TMB.

This is my 3rd year with Premier Pain and they are still doing a great job! The office/medical staff are friendly and they take care of my needs in a professional manner and they are all very nice and patient. Dr. Ali is wonderful. Michael and Rhonda are an absolute delight. They listen to me and handle everything with compassion and kindness.
Love all the staff at the Corsicana location the Dr is passionate towards the patients and the nurse assistants make sure your comfortable and at peace they also make judgement in your best entrance
