This was my first swim through the hired tax return pool. Holly and her team are easy to work with, convenient, and professional. What makes them unique in the contemporary climate of business is customer service. When it is non-existent in most places, the Frenzel team is top-notch. The staff is very polite, helpful, and never acts like you interrupted their Instagram chat. Thanks for the service y'all provide.
