We hired her to manage my taxes for my business. She charged us thousands of dollars to literally do nothing. When I got enough IRS letters that I got fed up I went somewhere else and they finally did my taxes. Do NOT pay a retainer to these people.

They did our 2019 taxes, and were available for numerous unrelated questions regarding taxes, unemployment, etc. for months following the completion of their services.
