Workers that came to the house were nice and professional. They identified the issue with my pipe outside and that it was just a worn cap on the blowback assembly. However, my bill just came in for $190 and I’m having a real hard understanding their prices considering that there isn’t an itemized list on my invoice. This is ridiculous considering it was to replace a “cap” on the blowback assembly system. I looked up the part number and it’s $17.98 at Lowe’s. Im fine with paying something like $100 for labor and parts because that’s reasonable and I understand time is money. We have used this company a few times from large jobs like replace our sewer line to small dripping faucet jobs. Office and scheduling always polite respectful and most of all helpful in answering questions. The plumber or crew sent to our home has always been respectful polite and very knowledgeable of their trade. I will use this company for all our plumbing needs and definitely would recommend.

The plumber came and he had no mask on. I told the company my mom was deaf and the plumber kept trying to talk to my mom even though she told him to write it down because she cannot hear. He fixed the dripping tub faucet but he only fixed 1 knob and the other knob is about to do the same thing.
