It is absolutely terrible coming to the gym to play racquetball in these temperatures! How is it possible that they can't turn on the air conditioning? This keeps happening, and it is shocking how poorly the gym treats its members. We have complained about this situation so many times. Being inside the racquetball court feels like being in an unbearable sauna. So many of us members are suffering because of this. I think it’s time to look for another gym. Terrible management.

Okay as a backup site but not as a main gym.
Staff at the frontdesk is too busy talking to each other but good at answering questions over the phone.
Locker rooms are JUST as dirty as described in other reviews. The hot tub and Pool are both solid but the latter only has 3 lanes.
There are showers but no saunas and security is lacking (I prefer that a keycode be required).
There are decent treadmills and weight rooms but it’s again not as big as the other locations so unless you’re a casual mber, you’re better off using the other locations and having this be your backup should the others be closed or if you’re in a hurry and only want a brief exercise session.

I used to love this gym but I will not renew my yearly membership coming up if the GM does not purchase cleaning wipes and paper towels. It's sad really. I believe it's a new GM attempting to make his numbers look good but not worth it. Update*** paper towels wipes and cleaning crew is back after I raised concern. I'm happy again

Yesterday was my first time at this location and there was no paper towel rolls in any of the dispenser at least 6 were completely empty including the women’s locker room and restroom. In the gym there was only one wiper container and it was completely empty. I looked for an employee before I left and didn’t find one. It sucks not being to clean a machine before or after and isn’t sanitary either.
