As I said in my previous review, our family will always use Guerrero-Dean for the final arrangements of our family members. So, when my mom unexpectedly passed the day before Mother’s Day, I called Guerrero-Dean and as always they were sympathetic, supportive, and willing to help. They always go above and beyond. They know all the right things to ask because you can’t remember all the details while you’re grieving. I can’t say enough good things about this place for all your final arrangements.

I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. Vanessa was the director who helped me and my family when dealing with my loved one's passing. There were a few complications with the process due to some personal factors with the nature of our family's situation and the circumstances surrounding the passing, and the whole situation was so stressful & emotional. Vanessa went above & beyond to help us. She & the rest of the staff were very professional, kind, & compassionate. They truly do care, I believe, about what they do and handling each family with both delicate compassion and ethical boundaries at the same time. I can't thank them enough.

We recently lost a loved one and knew this was a caring and affordable place to go to. They took great care of her and were compassionate about everything.
