This vet traumatized my cat. He used to be amazing with vets, and now he's permanently scarred and terrified. They took my cat and left me in the waiting room, which was a huge mistake to stay there on my part. I will never know what they did to him, and that haunts me.

This is the best veterinarian experience I've ever had. My girl Australian Cattle Dog is older and Dr Michelle was so thorough and thoughtful to our needs. I love my dog so much and it's wonderful to experience such compassion from the vet. Wonderful!

We recently had an urgent concern with our cat, and Dr. Michelle was able to fit us in the very same day. That alone was such a relief, but what really stood out was the level of care we received from start to finish. Dr. Michelle was warm, compassionate, and extremely thorough. She took her time with us, never made us feel rushed, and explained everything in detail in a way we could easily understand. It was clear she genuinely cares.
The entire staff was amazing..the front desk team was kind, the techs were gentle, professional, and knowledgeable. Every single person we interacted with was caring and attentive, which made a stressful situation so much easier. We left feeling confident in our cat’s care and grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary team nearby. I can’t recommend Dr. Michelle and her staff enough.

We moved to Georgetown in March, and were worried about finding a new vet for our fur babies. Our previous vet was so wonderful. Then, we found Good Water and Dr. Michelle.
She is an incredible veterinarian, and is so kind, calm, and gentle towards our cats. She is extremely knowledgeable, and takes her time with each animal and makes sure that we, as their owners, understand exactly what’s going on. She was able to catch a blockage in our male cat just by his symptoms alone, and told us to go to our nearest emergency vet. She saved his life. We wouldn’t have known otherwise because he wasn’t showing typical blockage signs.
I will recommend this vet to everyone I know!

Wow, the service and care from the entire staff is fantastic! Dr. Michelle is a saint and showed such great concern for my dog. He is an old man and is nearing the end of his chapter with us. Dr Michelle and her staff gracefully let us know his days are numbered and will do whatever they can to make things with our boy as easy as possible.
