Highly recommend this place! Reg has helped me so many times when others failed to. Hip, shoulder, and even random neck issues he has come to my rescue without hesitation and really pays attention to what you’re telling him. Takes a challenge head on and isn’t afraid to think outside the box. He’s all around just super cool to work with and even if it’s a painful session, i always leave in a better mood than I was in!

Reg was able to quickly assess where I needed to build strength to improve my running and customized exercise for me to do during the week. The gym space was just right for an individual training session. Reg is patient and attentive.
