Looking for a better version of yourself all around! 9Round will get you there!I’ve been super proud of the progress I’ve made ever since coming back to 9Round! I am in my late 50's with health concerns. I thought that you had to be super fit to do 9 Rounds. My friend that is 10 years younger and an athletic encouraged me to try it out. I really never enjoyed working out until now! I have been a member for 1 year and half. I love it because there are 9 stations that change daily. I never get bored! I am having fun exercising while having a challenging and modified workout based on my ability. The trainers motivate me and work with me! I feel great and successful!!!

9 round has been by far the best experience I’ve had!! Not only you get a great workout for the small amount of time (30 mins)…but the trainers are awesome!! They kick your butt when needed and they work with you if it’s your first time!! I see myself going here for the foreseeable future
