I had my ear and nose waxing done by Kelly at European Wax Center, and she was outstanding! She was extremely thorough, professional, and made the entire experience quick and comfortable. Kelly took her time to make sure everything was done right and paid great attention to detail.

This was my first time back in a while. I stopped go to European wax a couple of years ago because the employee turnover is horrendous and the staff usually talks about how toxic of a work environment it is, not the work or customers, but the management & other employees. I want to build rapport with my esthetician so I took my business elsewhere and have been seeing the same person on a regular basis. I am going out of town & my regular lady is on vacation so I booked with European was and was pleasantly surprised that I still had free visits due to the club benefits I already paid for.
