Customer service and front desk was great. However when I called for a new patient appointment I said I was calling for a cleaning. I was not told that I would first be seen for x-rays and then needed to schedule my cleaning services separately. I did not have this experience at the other comfort dental. I do not have enough time to take time off from work for two separate appointments now when I go back in I will do so with unpaid work time. my appt for x-rays and wait time was well over one hour. I find that unacceptable as I arrived 15 mins early. Had I known this was the process I would have made an appointment elsewhere to get my dental work done in one session. Perhaps that is why they didn’t mention it to me when i made the appointment. I still may take my dental cleaning to another location as I felt like this office was not transparent therefore lacking trust and my ability to confidently follow through.

So far my experience was very good. I was the second walk-in and told the receptionist my issue and they saw me right away. Dr. Rethlake, was concerned about me being in pain and prescribe me meds immediately check out my teeth and told me what needed to be done. And I appreciate the care and concern that they have for their patients well-being. I will definitely recommend Comfort Dental to everyone I know.😁

New patent, we had a great experience with dr.cook. he is nice and explain very well about what he needs to work on for my son's braces. Friendly staff as well. I recommend this place.

recently went to get a cleaning done, doctor and staff was amazing! Very clean office and I loved that it started off with a consultation with the doctor privately! Will be back for my next cleaning!

Excellent. Had a crown pop off. Called at 530p and got me in at 630p..30 minutes out the door.
