Been going to this place for years. Always had friendly staff and some I knew personally. I recommend it to anyone who lives close in the area.

Made an appointment for this morning at 9:45 for a cleaning. Showed up, and no one was inside. Doors locked and lights off. Other patients were waiting outside in the parking lot. I called and was told they were open from 9am-6pm, yet doors are still locked. I am beyond frustrated with the situation as I am in pain. I needed the cleaning to proceed with braces which I have an appointment tomorrow for, and now that may not happen. Not sure if it was the weather, but I still showed up for my appointment. Not to mention I felt so misunderstood at my previous appointment which was yesterday because I kept expressing how much it hurt to talk, eat, and drink liquids. But, was told they couldnt do anything about it. Even though my insurance will cover braces if medically necessary which, I mean I think it is considering my back teeth is gnawing away at my soft tissue inside my mouth. Would not recommend.

My daughter had an appointment at 4 p.m. to see the pediatrician, but it took over an hour to be seen. Two people who arrived after us were called to be seen before us. When we finally got called to go to the back, we were only seen for about four minutes. What’s the point of an appointment if we won’t be seen at the exact time? This location is very small and limited space as well. Not kid friendly. We will not be back.

They are extremely unprofessional and there is absolutely no communication. I first went there in February to get two fillings done. Since I am a heart patient, they needed approval from my cardiologist as well as approval from my insurance. That process took almost a month and a half, and they finally scheduled me for an appointment in April. When I went to the appointment, they unfortunately realized that they also needed another approval from my cardiologist to prescribe antibiotics to protect my heart. They told me they would call me once they received the approval, but of course no one ever contacted me. When I called them today, May 28, 2026, they told me they had supposedly scheduled me for an appointment on May 1st without even informing me. I would never schedule a doctor’s appointment on a Friday, so this made no sense to me. On top of that, they said the first approval they received from my cardiologist was only valid for one month, so now they need another approval all over again. They also told me that I am the one responsible for contacting my cardiologist and handling the approval process myself. This level of negligence and lack of responsibility is unbelievable. They finally scheduled me again for the beginning of June. If you care about your teeth and don’t want to risk losing them, I strongly recommend finding another dental clinic that is more responsible and actually cares about its patients. I honestly don’t know if they treat all patients this way or only patients with Medicaid.

Don’t risk your health by going to this place. Save your time, money and peace of mind by going anywhere else. You will get a sales pitch before even seeing the Dentist. You will be told about financing before you even know what is wrong. They are not consistent with their prices or “fees” either. Unprofessional from top to bottom. If I could give zero stars I would.

They never answer the phone. I can never talk to someone about anything. By the time I can actually talk to someone, it's too late to do anything. You are on hold and then they just hang up to avoid talking to you.

Where is the negative numbers? If you're African American, stay away from this dentist office and any others with this name. I've scheduled 4 visits to have my teeth cleaning and have yet to get my teeth cleaned. They pretty much wasted my time and my 6 month visit on taking X-rays and trying to convince me to get teeth pulled, get root canal or other procedures that total over $2000! And again, still have yet to get a cleaning. This last time, I scheduled because their auto system kept calling, texting and sending emails that it was time for my routine cleaning. I scheduled. I get there and they do X-rays.... AGAIN. Tells me about a broken took that is just hanging there not attached to the tooth or have a root. I said, just pull that piece. They told I need to have the whole tooth extracted. I said I don't have the $700 for that. They said that I had 3 teeth to be pulled. But if I don't have it for one, how do I have it for 3? I asked to just clean my teeth and I'll do the other at another. I was told.... They could not clean my teeth because I needed to have my other teeth extracted 1st. Never heard of anything else like that in my life. While sitting there, another black man was told the same thing. How are bullying patients to getting work done or holding that over their heads. Trust I called the insurance company and filing a complaint with the American Dental Board.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:15 for my daughter and had to drive an hour away. When I arrived the front desk told me that the dentist she needed to see wouldn’t be there until after 2. She said that the call center that schedule appointments makes appointments without checking with them. So why are they still allowing them to schedule appointments knowing this? This is a huge inconvenience if you have to drive an hour away to this location. Do better Brident
