Amazing staff!!!
I just took my first yoga class here and loved it. The new student price for unlimited access is an absolute miracle in todays economy.The location is perfect, free parking right next to the studio.
The staff is amazing—they made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and supportive, which honestly made all the difference.
Highly recommend if you're thinking about trying yoga or just looking for a new studio. Great value, great people, great location.

Island Salt Air is such a special yoga studio. There are truly options for every level of student, and Melody and all of the instructors are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They always offer thoughtful modifications, which makes every class feel accessible and supportive no matter where you are in your practice.

The space itself is beautiful and calming, and it really encourages you to focus on yourself in a non-judgmental, positive environment. I also love that they offer a mix of heated and non-heated classes, as well as free community classes, which speaks so much to their commitment to inclusivity and wellness. Great studio and class…HOWEVER they are not for beginners. They are fast flowing class and not a lot of instruction on posture and poses. So if you don’t know what you are doing, you need to ask them to slow down and or take a different class. Recc having yoga 101 to work on poses and postures and alignment in order to provide solid foundation for yoga and for fast flowing classes
