Service was standard and straight forward, prices for wearables were a little upcharged (battery/tires). Reason im leaving a mid review is because they are bombarding my phone with requests for feedback and its very annoying when im at work and im recieving texts and phone calls every 20 minutes. Use a burner phone.
5-star experience at Frisco CDJR. I brought in my 2023 RAM 1500 Limited Night Edition, and my service advisor, Hunter Pearce, was exceptional. For a high-end truck like the Limited, you want someone who pays attention to the details, and Hunter delivered.
His communication is top-notch—he kept me updated via text and was always available for questions. It’s rare to find such a professional and dedicated advisor. If you’re looking for someone who actually takes care of your vehicle and respects your time, ask for Hunter. The management should be proud to have him on the team.
