I have been to this establishment several times with no issues , however upon arrival for my last visit I was asked to pay in advance to getting my massage. I hate to think that the receptionist had me pay in advance due to my race but I don’t know of any other reason since this has never been done before. Let me also add that she did not want me to pay with a card , she almost demanded that I pay cash until I refused to go to an ATM just to pull cash to pay her .Although I was highly offended I completed my massage and still tipped her very generously . This was NOT a relaxing massage AT ALL. and was a big disappointment. I had gone there at least 3 other times and was very pleased with their former massage therapist. The one I had today did not even put lotion or oil on my legs until I asked her to do so. She did not even look for, work on, or smooth out any tight muscles . I will NEVER return here just to get a mediocre massage. The lady who took my payment had nerve enough to ask for a bigger tip and ever charged an extra dollar because I wasn't paying with cash! DONT WASTE YOUR MOBEY.
The worst massage I has ever received. Don't waste your money. Massage thereapist did not even use massage oil or lotion until I asked. Did not smooth out muscles, just "scunched" them. Did not even use a true massage technique. I will never return to that location and was truly disappointed by the lackluster massage that was in no way a relaxing massage to smooth out knotted muscles.
