An enchanting studio that offers vinyasa krama in its most true form~ the owners are down to earth and the teachers are all amazing. I never did yoga before I came here and I learned and loved it so much I ended up doing my yoga teacher training here as well. The depth is incredible.
Also a huge fan of their workshops too.

Stephanie is my most favorite teacher in the world! She imparts so much love into her studio, her own practice, and her students. I always leave filled up with light and like I can conquer anything. She has been blessed with sharing so much wisdom in the community of Arlington. I feel blessed to have found this place. I found my yoga home and tribe. Thank you llamaste!

The instructor Maddie is very Genuine and Confident. She is a real ray of sunshine. She is always updating her self practice and study yoga and meditation. Her preparation, organization and listening skills help when her students need to modify moves. She adapts and offers flexibility making me feel empowered.
