Had a salesmen by the name of Tae come to my door. I usually turn on the full Karen and shoo these door to door sales guys away, but he seemed very nice and genuine, so I gave him a chance to give his speech.He was actually very informative and courteous about my time (I work overnights and he woke me up from a nap!), and was understanding that I had to discuss with my spouse and his dad before making a decision. He followed up with me the next day and scheduling was super easy and even asked how my shift had gone! Very personable and informative. And I can't wait to have a summer that is wasp free and have no fear of allergic reaction!!!Thanks, Tae!!
Always polite and professional. They are great at communicating before they arrive and are happy to customize your visit each time. If you are having a particular problem they will adjust accordingly. Always knowledgeable and helpful.
