Dr. Gross and his staff are very kind and approachable. You would not think to look twice at the building where they practice; but, the comfort and attention you get inside is absolutely top rate. I was born with a cleft lip and palate—as they examined the x-rays they took on my first visit, I felt like a total rock star. They had many questions and seemed genuinely interested in my dental history. Dr. Gross even guessed correctly at the name of my craniofacial surgeon (who performed my last operation almost 2 decades ago). That proves he is well acquainted with the medical community in DFW. The entire hygienist staff is very wonderful and comforting. Everybody in that building makes it easier to "have to go to the dentist". Dr. Gross definitely does not overcharge either like most of the chain dentistry practices that are more common. Very great experience.
