    Walked with no one in line and pulled a number still. 4 barbers just kept talking and ignored me. Another person walks in and they call him to the chair not even asking if he had a number. 2 barbers goto their chairs and just stand there not even asking if I needed a cut. I waited 15mi & get up to walk out and no one asks why I was even there. LAZY AZS is what it was, guess my money wasn't good enough for them.

    They do not use the numbering system as you would expect. Other customers will come in with numbers that have already been passed, then cut the line. Basically, if you come in when it says 62 on the ticket and you have 72, it could take a very long time because someone with 55 that was out hanging out in the food court will walk and be seen before you.

    Go somewhere else if you have a choice!
    If I could give this place 0 I would. We went on for a haircut took a number and waited as they started the count down. We were 35…..they were barely calling out 5.
    Unorganized and terrible service. They behave like you’re asking them to cut your hair for free. My son was willing to wait for one of his favorite barbers only to be told “ I’m too busy I’m going to be going on break”. They then finally call my son’s number only to be skipped bc he didn’t say yes in 0 seconds. I then looked at his barber and asked do you have time now? ( he had finished the client in his chair) he looks at me the my son & says no bc this other man has been waiting.
    GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They want you to pay higher prices but treat you like 💩.
    Take your time & money elsewhere. If you’re going to be paying more, go somewhere where they treat you better.
    Unorganized, rude, disrespectful and nasty customer service.

    Sarah needs to learn how to actually do fades. She needs to get her barbers license taken away or something because she actually sucks. And not being able to do a line up? Are you kidding me?

    Was overcharged and undercut. 0/10 from start to finish. Didn’t even know what a hard part was. Hahaha so we didn’t do that. But not knowing how to fade and blend a medium fade? C’mon. AND y'all raised prices by 50% and sneak in haircut charges for services not rendered? Where do you find these people? Please just do the world a favor and close all PX Barber Shops.

    Waited almost an hour to get a haircut and there were 4 barbers and ten customers. One barber was shaving a customer's beard and had been on the chair for 45 minutes. The other barbers were taking customers not by the assigned number, but by some weird seating arrangement. In the end, I was so frustrated and just left along with two other customers.

    Be weary and pay attention, certain barber(s) here will up-charge you for standard haircuts. If I knew a name I would provide it for awareness, but I don’t.

    Honestly the worst haircut of my life. Why is it so iconic that bad haircuts and the px barber shop go so well together. Don’t ever go there.
