During a cold snap when our heater died late at night when most companies were so busy that they refused to help, Richard called my husband back right away, and walked him through several troubleshooting steps in an attempt to get it running.Though we eventually went with a different company who was able to send out a person right away once it was determined that the issue was beyond our capabilities due to a faulty part, we still highly recommend Fox Air, and will be using them in the future for routine maintenance.

Richard was very helpful and informative on what was the issue with my house heater . He did not try to sell me anything nor try to take advantage of me in which I do not know that much about heating units. Thank you Richard for fixing our heater house is very warm now which makes my family super happy with the cold breeze we have been getting lately . Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely use again especially in the summer if we come across AC problems thank you again
