Scammer, my wife and I cleaned a property for Johnny, didn’t even get paid half of what we were owed. Please take extreme caution before using his services or contract work for the company

I did work for this company, The owner Mr. ***************** posted a ********** ad for some cleanout work on a house in *************, *********** went and inspected the work, took pictures, and talked to him on several occasions. I have text messages dating back to the work. Sent him pictures from start to finish. I never got compensated. Why would $300 be a big hassle? How ridiculous a company that's been in business for over 17 years, skips out on people. Originally he claimed the bank was holding up the money. then he said covid was the issue. Really...now over six months later I haven't been compensated.

Please make sure to ask if you property manager uses this company or vendors for work orders. Kim has not once returned my call as stated I am responsible for follow up. In addition her “cleaning personal” did a QUARTER of the cleaning job literally vacuumed upstairs and wiped off counters, this cleaning job was for a MOVE IN. Furthermore when I tried to address the issues the guy gets into a screaming match with me and LIES, stating someone has already been there for an overall cleaning. I was supposed to move in on the first and it has STILL NOT BEEN COMPLETED. Do your research when looking for a rental property and who manages it.
