I had a great experience with Live Oak Plumbing. I had been dealing with low water pressure for quite a while, and after a lot of troubleshooting, Don helped identify the real issue—a damaged pressure reducing valve (PRV) that was buried underground. He clearly explained the problem and the repair options without any pressure.
Harrison did an excellent job replacing the PRV. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions throughout the job. The installation was neat, everything was tested afterward, and my water pressure is finally back to normal.

I don't write many reviews, but I thought Live Oak Plumbing deserved the recognition, especially Harrison Montgomery.
Harrison has done plumbing work at my home twice, including recently installing a new water heater. He is professional, punctual, communicates clearly, keeps me updated on the progress of the job and any issues that arise, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.
