Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

The most amazing massage of my life occurred at this Hand & Stone facility. Cynthia provided an exceptional hour long massage that left me in the most comfort zone I have experienced in many, many years. If I could give her 10 Stars I would. Thanks Hand & Stone for bringing this amazing massage therapist into your company!

I was in horrible pain in my shoulders and hips. First appointment, Kevin listened to my shoulder and hip problems then proceeded to focus on those areas. I needed relief - he talked me through what he was doing and why. It was not a pleasant experience because I was physically a mess. The deep tissue massages from Kevin were exactly what I needed to be pain free. When Kevin is not available I see Cynthia. She is excellent too. I would rate them a 20 star if possible.

Best hour and a half of my life! I never leave Google reviews but this was my first time here and everything was incredible! I even spent less than what I had originally planned because they made a treatment plan for exactly what my scalp needed, 10/10!!!

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly, and the facility was clean and welcoming. However, my massage with Cynthia was disappointing. I booked a deep tissue massage, but it felt more like she just rubbed oil on my body the entire time with little to no pressure. Other than that, everything else about the experience was great.

I have had my fair share of massages, even ones from high end resorts, and I would choose Laura again and again. She is absolutely the best.

This is my 3rd facial with Jessica and she is truly so great!
She always asks what issues I may have at the time with my skin.
She explains what she is using on my face and why.
She makes recommendations of products and skin care routines.
She truly cares about every one of her clients.
I am happy that I have a membership and a monthly appointment at Hand and Stone, as it reminds me to take time to pamper myself!

I had a hot stone massage with Zach. I am very picky about the pressure and he was spot on. I slept like a baby last night.

Never had an issue with any facial or massage provided. Professional staff and quality work.

This is a clean and well run establishment! There prices are completely reasonable and I would recommend getting a massage package so that you take care of your physical health.

One to my massage therapist Cynthia! She is extremely talented at what she does and I have deep conversations with her. I feel comfortable with her and always leave feeling rejuvenated with my back carrying a lot less pain and stress.

Two to the manager Michelle. She is always very friendly and will even schedule my appointments for me. She is clearly good at operations and making customers for life!

The membership makes scheduling a massage or facial easy. I use the online scheduler or call. There are many therapists to choose from, each providing a different experience, and all have been good. Since every minute of my appointment is pampering therapy, my massage or facial needs to use each minute of the scheduled time and not cut it short. Thankfully, this is what happens here. I enjoy quiet massages, and this is verified at each check-in. The front desk is helpful. Appointments are punctual.
