My service was school be done today. The tech went to the wrong house. I originally called the number on the invoice to cancel my service and was upset with the guy on the phone. Later a manager from the Dallas office called and we were able to get the issue resolved.

Romex did an excellent, prompt and punctual work.James made an awesome job. He is so professional, polite, friendly and explains what he is doing. He has a smile on his face, very open for questions/concerns and honest.The service was great along with a reasonable price. I will continue doing business with this company.Thank you.

Serviceman was a polite young man that serviced/sprayed both the inside & outside of my house according to my wishes. He waited while I put my inside dogs up to get the inside part of the job completed, as per my request.
