The whole staff is and always has been very kind and helpful. I felt comfortable and taken care of from check in to check out. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quality and pleasurable optometry experience!
My visit is always timely and throughly processed through all the eye machines. Once completed the exam is quick (when you can read the letters..lol). Checking out is fast, friendly and enjoyable. Relaxed office. Highly recommend Williams Eye Care.
Actual visit was good. Only reason not five stars is I don't understand why I enter Insurance info to make the appointment and am then asked to reenter all that information on the app for prescreening in the text link. Should be set up to only require editing/confirmation as necessary.
