Update: I think this place is out of business. Their web site has been down awhile, phone just rings with no answer and messages not returned. My new dentist has reached out trying to get my records and no cooperation. Move on. There's lots of very good dentists in the mid cities. This is not one of them.
This practice has sold AGAIN. Dr. Amria is no longer there. I was in last week for routine cleaning/exam. Horrible experience. Arrived on time and waited in the chair 25 mins. The new guy walks in and didn't introduce himself or apologize for being late. He scraped on 3-4 teeth and ran the cavitron machine quickly across most teeth and that was it. 10 mins! I asked if he was done and he said 'you have clean great teeth. Good job.' No oral exam, nothing. A girl came in and made an attempt to polish my teeth but didn't floss because she didn't have the right kind?! I was so disappointed. I told the billing person to not bill for the exam portion. He did nothing. There are much better dentists out there. Don't waste your time here. I won't be back for sure.

Very nice staff and Dr Nguyen took care of the dental issue I had. He explain in detail the treatment I needed and he started treatment the same day. I’m so happy with my overall experience. And the front desk is so helpful she took time to help me with all my questions.

The Asian gentleman Dr currently practicing at this location is terrifyingly unprofessional. I am pregnant and sent specific instructions over from my OB/GYN on what I am and am not allowed to take for the emergency extraction I went in for. He not only used a local anesthetic not listed, but he also ran out as quickly as he pulled it in order to be out the door by 5 pm sharp -- their closing time. I came to this dentist from another since it was such an emergency and the other was unable to extract due to time constraints. They quoted me an extraction and a bone graft. I should've just waited for the next morning and had ONE sleepless night rather than the FOUR I am having to now deal with. This gentleman did not even mention a bone graft, which seems important to replace the tooth later on. Probably failed to mention so he could rush out on time. I have been in pain for three days now and have been losing incredible amounts of sleep now. I emailed asking for the pain medication specifically listed by my OB since I can not take ibuprofen. Lo & behold - they sent an ibuprofen script to my pharmacy & insisted I take that for the swelling. I will not be trusting this dr with any more procedures or follow ups and have already submitted an appt request with the more competent dentist.

I used to visit a different dentist for a few years, but over time, I began to doubt their recommendations. Each visit seemed to involve a lot of suggested dental work.Switching to Bella Vita Dentistry and seeing Dr. Nguyen and the team was a game-changer. They're incredibly relaxed and provide an exceptional overall service.What stands out to me about Bella Vita Dentistry is Dr. Nguyen's unhurried approach. He takes the time to converse, ensures all queries are fully addressed, and thoroughly discusses any concerns about my oral health.The office boasts a contemporary design, swift and efficient X-rays, and a friendly staff, especially Brenda at the front desk and Perla. They are prompt in scheduling appointments and even provide blankets if you're underdressed for a dental visit. Overall, it's been an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it to friends and family.
