    I went to the Optical (glasses) vision: I'll start off with what I liked about this option they have Oakley frames yay and the cost of the very same glasses with prescription is half what Vista Optical quoted me at freedom crossing on Monday. What I find inefficient is that I walked in with an updated prescription from a civilian ophthalmologist/optometrist (doctor) the people who help you order lenses and frames will not process an order unless you go downstairs to the second floor submit prescription into an office where ultimately it's entered into my health record which means I've got to make a second trip to VA Optical to order glasses and hope that... read full review

    They are doing their best with the amount of people they have in the pharmacy you park in the pharmacy parking area and call them but you don't always get an open line and you still awake even though you have an appointment what can we say it's the military they're trying their best to turn around and take care of US veterans but their hands are tied and they're doing what they can do to help us change takes time

    I was assisted by Cindy at the registration office and “outstanding service” are the only two words that come to mind thanks to the experience she gave me. I was told step by step what I needed to do, who I needed to talk to, and where I needed to go in detail. This is what the VA needs as the status quo!!! Thank you Cindy!!!!
