I am always happy with all my dogs’ grooming. It is a bit more expensive than other groomers, but it is worth it.
On my last visit I noticed new signs. I appreciate the 10 minute pickup/drop-off signs in front of the two parking spaces outside the shop. I even don’t have an issue with the sign inside the shop subtlety asking for tips( I always tip) b/c people may not know that, as with any good service, you tip your groomer. As a recurring customer, the wording on the other sign I did not appreciate was the one that stated that if your pet goes past 8 weeks between grooms an extra charge may be incurred because of difficulty of the groom. Every time I take my husky mix pups, they always come out looking fabulous! The staff always treats my pups great and have reasonable prices for excellent service! I will always recommend Shaggy Chic Grooming!
I can’t say enough amazing things about Ruby at Shaggy Chic Grooming Boutique! From the moment we walked in, she made both me and my pup feel completely comfortable and welcome.
Ruby is incredibly professional, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My dog came out looking absolutely adorable — clean, perfectly trimmed, and so happy! You can truly see the love and attention to detail she puts into her work.
