I am always happy with all my dogs’ grooming. It is a bit more expensive than other groomers, but it is worth it.
On my last visit I noticed new signs. I appreciate the 10 minute pickup/drop-off signs in front of the two parking spaces outside the shop. I even don’t have an issue with the sign inside the shop subtlety asking for tips( I always tip) b/c people may not know that, as with any good service, you tip your groomer. As a recurring customer, the wording on the other sign I did not appreciate was the one that stated that if your pet goes past 8 weeks between grooms an extra charge may be incurred because of difficulty of the groom. That is tacky and a punishment to your returning customers. Maybe offer a discount to encourage customers to come in more often between grooms or put in the pricing menu that the price may go up depending on difficulty and size of the dog and not on the frequency of the grooms.

Every time I take my husky mix pups, they always come out looking fabulous! The staff always treats my pups great and have reasonable prices for excellent service! I will always recommend Shaggy Chic Grooming!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Ruby at Shaggy Chic Grooming Boutique! From the moment we walked in, she made both me and my pup feel completely comfortable and welcome.
Ruby is incredibly professional, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My dog came out looking absolutely adorable — clean, perfectly trimmed, and so happy! You can truly see the love and attention to detail she puts into her work.
It’s such a relief to find a groomer you can fully trust with your fur baby, and Ruby is definitely that person. We will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality grooming and exceptional care! 🐾💕

My family has a sweet but scared pup who’s never been groomed before. The staff was very considerate to be patient with my pet and give her the breaks and pace that she needs. I appreciate their service and kindness. Canela and I thank you!

My dogs love the stylist. I have 3 dogs 2 pomeranian and a lab. They dona great job.

There is a girl that works there or works for them, she's a rude, mean woman!!! I've seen her attack another woman before and I was going to go there to get my poodle groomed and when I was researching the place, due to other places mistreating their dogs, I saw she worked there. This girl is a drug user as well. DONT GO to this place, if she can be mean to other people and be a druggie she will mistreat your animals. Her name is Myra.

Jackie is the best! She has been grooming my families three golden doodles since they were puppies . She does excellent work , our babies always come out looking so pretty and wearing the cutest accessories.

I’m speechless the way that they made me feel comfortable when I brought my dog in here and they made her look beautiful when they gave her to me. Yuri was such an amazing person & really made me feel comfortable bringing my baby ( Nova) I’m for sure coming back to her. If I could give this place 100 I would♥️♥️♥️ thank you ladies for doing such an amazing job

This place is great and the people are friendly. Our groomer, or should I say Yoshis groomer, is Jacky. Wonderful and talented! You won't be disappointed taking your fur babies to Shabby Chic.
