Compared to other apartments, these are very spacious and fair with their price. For me, having washer and dryer was a must and I am glad these apartments offer washer and dryer inside every unit. Whenever I’ve had maintenance requests, they are very quick with repairs. Jennifer has always been so helpful with any inquiries. I will totally recommend these apartments to my love ones.

Jennifer is amazing! She has been so helpful and kind. It is a very peaceful place to live, clean, and the structure gives privacy ? never felt more at home. One of the best apartments in El Paso ?

Really bad building structure. Our upstar neighbors make noise at all times of the night, they let their kids run around at 2 am and the thumping is so loud that I’ve gone to work with little to no sleep the next morning. I’m leaving as soon as my lease is up
