Tried to make a weekend appointment but was told they only do walk-ins. Went down there in late morning as a walk in only to be told they are not seeing any more patients that day and to come first thing the next morning and it would be in and out. Showed up the next morning 10 minutes after opening and was told my pet could be seen. Waited 3 hours, was lied to about my 'place in line', and eventually had to leave because waiting in their waiting room is not the only thing I need to today! I have NEVER had an experience this bad at a vet, or as a walk in ANYWHERE. I will NEVER EVER EVER go back here again. I may as well have lit that time on fire. This business has no respect for the possibility that you have other things on your schedule or in your life than waiting on them. I regret having tried them to the utmost.

No one should be removing my post when it's the truth of this establishment to prey on the weak and financial disadvantaged people . There's in no humane act in the way they dealt with my situation

Came here to have my Aunt's dog checked out and when i tell you the wait time is long, it is looonnggg ! Waited 2-3 hours in the lobby then they finally put me in the room and waited another 2 hours. Then requested to have the dog's anal glands popped/expressed so they had us wait in the lobby while doing which was another 30 minutes. The to top it all of the Clinic was short staffed! It's frustrating cause i'm brining in the dog cause i am concerned and have been coming here for years. Today has been worst day for my Aunt, her dog and myself. We stayed a total of almost 6 hours at this vet. 10/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Dr. Bailey is so kind. Amazing Dr. And staff. It's a long wait, but it's the same as if you were to go to your own Dr. Here in El Paso. Seems to be the norm to wait for good Doctors.

Sat in the clinic for 6 hours, 2 of which were from waiting on fecal results. This place is ridiculous and don't recommend anyone wasting their time here.

I do not know how this has high reviews, been here a few times. Every time we have at least 2hrs wait in vehicle. Then we get put in a room for another 2hrs with no one checking in. If my other vets in area took new patients I would go. Do not come here, they don't seem to care as much as you do for your pet.

Came to bring my puppy to get checked out. My dog was throwing up & as a dog parent we know that's never good. I walked in @5:20pm & they said they couldn't take my puppy in until the next day. I understand they close at 6pm, but you would think a vet would spare those 40 mins to at least see what's wrong with the dog or give recommendations.
