It's so unfortunate that even with these reviews, there is no improvement on the part of the staff here. I understand the wait times being long when you are a walk-in, but it is utterly ridiculous to be waiting 3-4 hours when you HAVE an appointment. The fact that people who come in after you are seen and leave before you makes it worse. Not to mention that once my brother went to the doctor and was there until the evening, and the staff had FORGOTTEN about my brother and almost closed without him being seen. My mom just went in for an appointment today, and the receptionist at the front said she wasn't in the system for an appointment. 😑 Not to mention whoever scheduled my mom for her appointment scheduled her at 9:30, when her Primary Care Physician Dr. Yusoof wouldn't have even been there until 12 or 1?! The disorganization and lack of communication and accountability from the staff is reprehensible. If Dr. Yusoof hadn't moved to this clinic, we would've never been back here. I honestly hate it.

The staff is extremely unprofessional. I walked in and was not greeted at all—just looked at and then ignored. It is also important to clearly explain any specific billing or visit requirements to patients, which was not done. The front desk staff should be replaced with individuals who have proper customer service skills and better bedside manner

Whew… good luck to the vulnerable patients and family members who accompany their loved ones to see Dr. Yusoof at this clinic. The level of disregard for patients’ time and wellbeing is deeply concerning.
Appointments are scheduled for specific times, yet patients are seemingly expected to wait until the physician decides to arrive “whenever” convenient. Many patients sit in the lobby for 2–3 hours before even being called back, only to wait another 45 minutes to an hour in an exam room before finally being seen.
The staff appear to do what they can to ease tensions, but the overall situation is unacceptable—especially for elderly, sick, disabled, or vulnerable patients who should not be subjected to this kind of stress and exhaustion.
Many of us pay extremely high insurance premiums and medical costs for healthcare services. Physicians, clinics, and hospitals expect prompt payment for their services, so patients and families should expect the same level of professionalism and respect in return. Everyone’s time has value, and no patient should routinely spend 3–4+ hours for a scheduled clinic appointment.
Dr. Agarwal, please hold your physicians accountable and ensure that scheduled appointments at Montwood Medical Clinic are respected. Patients and their families deserve better care, better communication, and basic respect for their time.

I visited Montwood Family Medical Center recently, and my experience was overall good. The doctors and staff were polite and tried their best to help. The clinic offers many services in one place, which is very convenient.

Incompetent people, my husband was seen by Louie Leyva on January 2, the DOT results were never uploaded, when they decided to upload them there was an error first name was put as last name. Went to their office asking to be helped but the receptionist was rude. When l call they hang up. At this point we dont know what to do.

Dr. Agarwal schedules many patients at one time and patients are usually seen 1 hour after they had their appointment. The last two appointments I’ve had have been even worse. The first one the doctor didn’t even show up and I ended up seeing a nurse, and today I have been waiting for two hours and the staff only says that the doctor arrived late and we have to wait. Save yourself the trouble and find another doctor.

I had a really good experience at Montwood Family Medical Center. The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The doctor actually listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident about my care. The clinic is clean, organized, and well-run. It’s nice to find a medical center where you feel genuinely cared for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and friendly medical care.

The front staff is always so rude. Every single time. There is no communication with the patients if something happens with the doctor or their appt. You have an appt scheduled and end up there for 3 to 4hrs average each time. I see Dr Yussof and like him but he needs to find better staff because they will ruin it for him. I'm finding another clinic because I'm sick of the nasty attitudes and salty atmosphere
