I’m so grateful for having this experience. Never had a massage in my life before, but I’m glad I had this experience here. I had a one hour massage with Sarena, and I loved the professionalism and the experience. When you arrive, make sure that you enter on the smaller door to the right. That is the door to all of the holistic providers, including Sarena. We started the session by filling out a medical questionnaire, and going over any of the current pains on my body. When you get ready to get on the table, you do have the option to keep your underthings on or not, but no matter what you choose you’re going to always be under a sheet at all times. Sarena asked me about my music preferences, and also which scents I wanted her to use. She started out massaging my head and made her way down to my feet throughout the session. There were some light stretches of my knees, since I have problems with both of them. At the end of the session, we did a proper closing and I got dressed. She makes salves and tinctures as well, so I bought the ‘Grounding’ tincture. I’m looking forward to visiting again!

I got a Massage by Sarena which was great. I have had many massages over time and have a lot of neck and back issues. She will listen and offer great alternative approach to treating your pain which I found to be extremely helpful. I came to her with a lot of pain from whiplash do to a fall on my head and her massage helped immensely. The key thing to a great massage therapist is one that can treat and correct alignment issues and understanding how to counteract your whole bodies alignment. She is not a massage Therapist without being classified as a healer first. I truly believe that and would recommend anyone to giving her a try. She puts her whole heart into what she does and it truly shows!
