Great environment and great people all around I got my first tat here with Lone, hes chill and down earth with amazing wrk and all original pieces to! Great experience and great wrk! Definitely coming back
Chuy was my artist and he did such a great job I can not say enough good things about this place. Absolutely recommend this place to get your ink fix. Staff are friendly, place is clean, artists are talented and give you good work for such a reasonable price. I've been tattooed all over the world and can honestly tell you this place gave me such a great experience if there was more stars available I'd give more. I'm not from El paso but this place makes me wish I was. Thank you for the amazing work!!!!
We had an amazing experience with Cody!!! His work and personality is second to none. Not to mention management and the cleanliness of the facility was top notch. I highly recommend Higher Level!!
