I'm happy we have a west side urgent care. It makes it so much easier than going to the other side of town when time is important. I took my cat in on a Sunday morning. They took him in very quickly. He had a fever and a respiratory infection. He was much improved by bedtime that night. Yay!

I had to take my dog to El Paso Animal Urgent Care West on Sunday and I’m so thankful for the care we received. The doctor was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which really helped ease my worries. There was no wait time, and the staff was very professional and efficient.
They performed a thorough eye exam, provided the necessary medication, and sent us home with a cone, along with clear instructions and next steps for follow-up care. I really appreciated how informed and supported I felt throughout the visit.
Highly recommend this clinic if you need urgent care for your pet!

Bought my cat in when she ripped open her incision and they took us quickly. I spent more time driving there from Cruces than it took us to get seen. I have also brought my other cat here and had very good experiences on multiple occasions. Dr. Ellis is amazing!

They were able to see my baby right away. He needed steroids for an acute tracheal collapse. I had taken him to his regular vet last year to have this condition evaluated, and the bill was quite expensive, so I was expecting something similar or even higher this time, since it’s an urgent care. To my surprise, the cost was only a fraction of what I had previously paid at the other vet. I’m very happy and pleased with the service. The staff was incredibly kind and compassionate as well.
