Excellent service from start to finish. They first evaluated my old HVAC units and did everything they could to service them, but unfortunately, the units were too old to repair. They guided us through the entire process of replacing them—from the initial proposal and financing to the installation. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend Eco Living for any of the services they offer!
The person's who came today seem to know and tried to find out what was causing my AC to stop working and that system on my roof to keep making the noise that it was working but no cool air was blowing and the thermostat show the temperature to rise inside my house
Can not give enough praise for the professionalism courteous and prompt service that was displayed while having my AC unit worked on. Oscar showedup promptly on time. Felt totally comfortable with him. Thinking I knew the right size for the pad I needed to be replaced I went ahead and purchased them. Once realizing they were the wrong ones he made me feel better and explained which ones I needed even went so far as to send me a screenshot of them do I could exchange for the right ones. Instead of having me reschedule for another day he told me that he can come later on to complete the work.
