Owner was pretty cool. Took my first puppy in and when he called me to pick him up the cut was pretty good, I brought my second dog in the afternoon because petco had said they could not finish the service due to my dog not liking machines near his feet, he took my dog and fixed him up. He did an amazing job with both dogs.

This was my first time using them for my Yorkie and Pomeranian. They were very kind and professional. My dogs cuts were perfect! I will definitely continue to use them. Bonus...the prices are very fair.

Great service ! Loved the outcome! They had cameras and even showed me the service provided to my dog while they cared for him in the back area. The place I went before did not have cameras and I was not comfortable with how they approached me and my dog. But at dogs day out me and my dog both felt at good and positive!
