The Deal 2 Deal Custom Homes team recently built us a custom home on our lot and we are very happy with the end result. The build was completed on schedule and within budget, which was a huge relief. They were extremely professional and communicative before, during, and after the build. Their adherence to timelines and responsiveness to concerns were commendable. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of a builder and would choose them again if future needs arise.
As a construction specialist, I must concede, that the practices and standards this home builder implements is of top quality. The care and attention applied to every individual home, in my humble opinion, is second to none. You receive a "home", not just a house.
Lucinda and Delton Deal are the most amazing people. We purchased one of their 2021 Parade of Homes, and they made the entire process so easy, and were great to work with. They are very quick to respond to texts, and phone calls. Lucinda has the most amazing talent designing, and Delton is hilarious and brilliant at what we does. They build quality homes. We can’t wait to raise our growing family in one of their homes. We couldn’t give Deal 2 Deal Homes enough praises.
