Cell Phone Repair, Screen Repair - Premier Wireless - Tierra Este

I bring my working phone for a back screen replacement some how they told me the front screen wasn’t working because of the “drop” but now the phone doesn’t work at all overhits and frizzed on my all the time brung it back the tech told me the person who fix it first let the plastic on the screen and some wires loose and he fix it but my phone still doesn’t work bring it back again and the another tech replace another part of the phone and still doesn’t work the last tech told me if still doesn’t work bring it because I think the tech the work on it the firts time did something wrong

My iphone 14 was randomly pressing buttons and they got me right

Very unprofessional place! And their diagnostic fee is a joke. They do their so called diagnostic and they tell you one price then all of a sudden it needs another part that cost more but they don’t tell you up front they were gonna do the job and I had to keep calling and asking. Till I finally asked for my iPad back. Super shady! I don’t recommend.

I had gone to the other Zaragoza location to get the back of my iPhone fixed since it was cracked. I even bought an otter box case for it. Literally 4 days later I dropped my phone and it cracked again. I left a bad review so I was then messaged by Luis to set up an appt at this location to take my phone back to see if there’s something he can do. So we set it up for a Saturday morning. When I went on Saturday he wasn’t there and the guy that was there was trying to reach him because he wasn’t even working at that location that day ?. Once he was able to talk to him he told his coworker that he didn’t remember scheduling an appt with me or the reason why I was even there! (I showed him the screenshots of the messages) so the only thing he said was to give me a discount to fix my screen which was $109 which was pretty much what I payed the first time. I just left I should have just left my phone cracked and not wasted my money.

Quick service & very trustworthy. Worked with Steven on a quick fix on my phone. He was very knowledgeable & was able to get it fixed very quickly. I would trust him with any future repairs.
